This unit features six manually controlled burners, allowing chefs to independently adjust the heat for different cooking zones, ensuring precision and versatility in grilling. The radiant heat technology provides consistent and even heat distribution across the cooking surface, while the cast iron grates and radiants offer superior heat retention and enhanced grilling performance. The grates and radiants are also removable, facilitating easy cleaning and maintenance. Constructed with a stainless steel body, the BakeMax BACGG36-6 is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen while being easy to clean. A grease catch tray is integrated into the design to collect grease and debris, preventing mess and allowing for quick and easy cleanup after cooking sessions.
The charbroiler is equipped with four adjustable stainless steel legs, providing stability and allowing for optimal working height on various countertops.
